It was ridiculous which is why it was banned from just about every format outside of Standard, but that ended up being great for budget EDH players because now it is very cheap and very legal
It kind of closely resembles Card not found quite often, but than it just becomes so much more, when you are able to get it online
And it is now one of the most valuable cards in the game
